301 is family-owned and operated. Owner Bill Lloyd and his son, Christopher, who is General Manager, have more than 50 years combined experience in the restaurant, bar, and hospitality business. Chef Trent Shattuck brings a wealth of creativity and passion to our bistro as he creates weekly seasonal specials to complement our signature dishes. And our wine, craft cocktail, and beer menus were carefully and expertly created by Jet Fousse, a New Orleans native who has for many years served as Tasting Room Manager for NOLA’s iconic annual Tales of the Cocktail. Several of our hand-crafted cocktails are her personal creations, including one of our most popular drinks, the Gypsy Rose Lee.
